-I am not responsible for any lost or damage mails through normal mail. Registered mail is advised.
-Add on $2.50 for registered mail -And $1 for Normal mail.
-We accept cash, bank transfers,cash deposit & concealed cash [at buyer's own risk]
-Payment is to be made through POSB savings before postage is mailed out.
-We do not reserve unless you pay 50% of the item's price first. No refund will be given if back-out.
-No exchange of item and no refund once item is sold.
-Strictly no backing out after confirmation is done.
